This 4-building office complex is located along a major thoroughfare in Raymore, across from the Municipal complex. DeGasperi & Associates has been involved from inception of the development, providing Land Planning, Architecture, and interior finishes for a majority of the tenants.

Phase 1 includes a 16,000 sf L-shaped main multi-tenant retail building, and a 6,000 sf small building that is targeted for professional offices. A third office/retail building is planned for Phase 2, similar in design to the smaller building.

The architecture is straightforward and handsome, created with durable traditional materials. The main retail building features covered walkways, and simple tower elements on the corners. The small buildling features a hip-roof for a softer transitional style.
