This mulit-building retail complex is located at the prominent 135th & Metcalf corner in south Overland Park. DeGasperi & Associates has been involved when the current Developer purchased the partially finished center from Bankruptcy in 2012, and assisted in completion of partially completed retail shells, and then in the development of many other new shells and tenant spaces. D&A has provided Land Planning, Architecture, and interior finishes. D&A also serves as the Developments on-call architect for compliance review of all buildings built in the center.
D&A has designed and built five new shell buildings; which include build-to-suit shells designed for YaYas Restaurant and recently Dave & Busters. D&A also designed many of the site amenities and plazas for the Center.
Tenant space design includes: Brewtop Bar & Grille, Visionary Jewelers, Crowley's Furniture, Crescendo Dance Studio, Fusion Fitness, Take Five Coffee, Steinmart, Off Broadway Shoes, Mode, and Apricot Lane.
D&A has also been involved with other owners and developers for 'outlot' buildings as well....including "Pad 7" with 810 Zone as a major tenant, and "Pad 13" featuring Larkburger and Qdoba as tenants.
The center features a contemporary style, utlizing stone veneers, rich-colored stuccos, tower elements.
